Our Mission
At Little Innovators Preschool, we believe childhood is the beginning of everything—ideas, empathy, problem-solving, and purpose.
Our mission is to nurture confident thinkers and kind-hearted leaders by creating a space where children feel connected, inspired, and challenged.
Through play, inquiry, and creativity, we guide children to think critically, build character, and explore the world with curiosity and courage.
We partner with families to raise not just school-ready students—but thoughtful, resilient, and joyful humans.
Our Vision
To redefine early childhood education by creating a place where innovation, imagination, and emotional connection come together to prepare confident, compassionate, and capable children—ready to thrive in a complex and ever-changing world.

Observe & Adapt
At Little Innovators Preschool, we observe each child’s unique developmental progress through ongoing assessments and interactions. By closely monitoring their learning styles, interests, and strengths, we adapt our lessons to meet individual needs. Children are grouped based on similar learning levels, ensuring they receive targeted support and engagement that fosters growth. Our approach allows us to provide both challenge and support, creating an environment where every child can thrive at their own pace while developing key skills and building confidence.
Small Ratios

Our small class sizes offer personalized attention, allowing us to truly get to know each child on a deeper level. This enables us to nurture their strengths and potential, catering to their individual interests and developmental needs. Small groups also promote the building of meaningful friendships, collaboration, and critical thinking, as children are placed in classrooms based on age and developmental levels. This approach ensures that every child receives the guidance they need to grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually.

Curriculum
Our curriculum is grounded in current approaches to early childhood development, offering a rich hybrid that blends Multiple Intelligences Theory with elements of Montessori and Reggio Emilia. This approach emphasizes not only what children learn but also how they learn, recognizing that each child has a unique way of engaging with the world around them. Our play-based and collaborative learning environment encourages exploration and creativity, allowing children to build academic skills while simultaneously navigating social interactions and developing emotional intelligence. By fostering critical thinking and higher-order thinking skills, our curriculum empowers children to become independent thinkers and problem solvers, setting the foundation for lifelong learning. Through hands-on activities, self-directed exploration, and group collaboration, we ensure that every child is not only engaged in meaningful learning experiences but also encouraged to discover their strengths and potential.

Enrichment Zone
We are proud to offer an Enrichment Program that enhances the learning experience with a variety of engaging, creative, and innovative activities. Our STEM lab encourages hands-on challenges that inspire problem-solving and critical thinking, while our art and sensory discovery sessions promote creativity and exploration through diverse materials and techniques. In addition, learning is further enriched with Spanish, Music, P.E., Yoga, and Cooking, which not only support academic growth but also nurture the development of motor skills, cultural awareness, and emotional well-being. These enrichment activities are designed to spark curiosity and foster a well-rounded, dynamic educational experience for every child.

Friendship & Character
At Little Innovators Preschool, we believe that social-emotional development is just as important as academic growth. That’s why friendship and character building are key elements of our curriculum. Each month, we focus on a different character trait—such as kindness, responsibility, respect, or perseverance—engaging children in meaningful discussions, interactive activities, and real-world applications to help them internalize these values. Through positive guidance, supportive conflict resolution, and scaffolding, we teach children how to navigate social situations with empathy and integrity. Our goal is to nurture responsible citizens, good friends, and confident leaders who will contribute positively to their communities. By fostering these essential life skills early on, we help shape a future generation that values collaboration, respect, and doing what’s right—even when no one is watching.
